Subject	Problem, I keep blowing the 45 amp fuse next to the battery

Message	Has any one else had this problem before? Here's what happens, the Hicas light comes on and the brake lights stop working once the fuse blows this has happened three times in two months ,I can't seem to find the problem I have a 94tt with a automatic tranny. Need help Thanks
